Our client is the world’s leading source of capital markets intelligence, and has been for nearly 40 years. It provides senior investment banking decision-makers with authoritative information. An opportunity has arisen for an Advertising Sales Executive to manage and generate revenue for their monthly publications.
The sales executive is expected to be enthusiastic, determined and prepared to show initiative and be flexible.
Specifically the role involves:
* Demonstrable experience in selling advertising space to the financial market and luxury brands
* Consultative sales experience required
* Engaged in all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to developing customer rapport, onto closing business and servicing accounts
* Strong Interpersonal Skills – must be able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills as well as outstanding people skills. Self motivated to support and motivate others , and
excellent self-management skills
* Excellent Computer Skills required.
* Strive to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Managing existing advertiser accounts to maximise revenue, market share and yield.
* Sourcing, monitoring and chasing appropriate leads
* Building and maintaining successful relationships with key accounts
* Attend trade shows and conferences
· Keep a log of and file order confirmations and maintain a good level of administration.

Key Skills - Qualifications & Experience: |
